Create a guitar exercise
Choose the settings, then share a link with students.
Student exercise link
Post this link in Google Classroom. Students enter their names and press Start; all other settings are preselected and locked.
To create a link students can open on their Chromebooks, first host this HTML file at a public HTTPS address (for example, Netlify). A local file link cannot be shared across devices. The short link stores exercise settings, not student results; students still submit their reports in Classroom.
Guitar Note Finder
Read the note on the treble-clef staff, then find it on the guitar.
Exercise settings are set by your teacher. Enter your name to begin.
Choose the string and fret
Choose an open-string position above the nut, or click a fret.
Practice tip: the same note can appear in more than one place. Any matching position within the selected fret range is accepted.
Guitar Note Finder — Practice Report
To submit in Google Classroom: download the report or save it as a PDF, then attach that file to your assignment and turn it in. Results are stored only in this browser session until you download them.
